Meridian Research Supply collects the information needed to review accounts, fulfill orders, and provide support: contact details, institution information, order history, and correspondence.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or share customer data with third parties for marketing.
- We don't store card numbers — payment is by invoice (ACH or wire).
- We send marketing email only to accounts that opted in, and every message includes a working unsubscribe.
Retention and access
Order and lot-traceability records are retained for the period required for quality documentation. To access, correct, or delete your account data, contact support@example.com.
