What this means

Every product sold by Meridian Research Supply is supplied strictly as a laboratory research material. Our products are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. They have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA or any other regulatory agency for any use in humans or animals — including any diagnostic or therapeutic use.

Who may purchase

We sell only to laboratories, academic institutions, research organizations, and qualified professionals purchasing on behalf of such organizations. Every account is reviewed before ordering is enabled, and every registration and every order requires an affirmative acknowledgment of this policy. We refuse or cancel orders where we have reason to believe products will be used outside a controlled research setting.

Buyer responsibilities

• Products must be handled only by qualified personnel trained in laboratory safety procedures.
• Products must never be administered to humans or animals in any form.
• The buyer is responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to the possession, handling, storage, and disposal of research materials in their jurisdiction.
• Products may not be resold or transferred for any use inconsistent with this policy.

What we will not provide

We do not provide dosing information, administration guidance, or any information about effects in humans or animals, and no statement anywhere on this site should be read as implying any such use. Questions of that kind will not be answered.

Documentation

Each lot ships with a certificate of analysis documenting purity and identity. Records are retained so that any shipped order can be traced to its lot and its supporting analytical data.
